site visit, design and quotation
We will provide accurate quotes based on your choice of design and size. Once you approve the design, size, and options. We can then provide elevation drawings and an estimated quote. You then place a deposit and the process begins. You need to get a building permit from your local town offices using the plans we provide.
Now it is up to you to hire an excavator and concrete company to install your foundation. You will save Thousands of dollars by hiring them directly. We will provide you with the contact info of reputable and local contractors in these fields so you may obtain quotes. This part of the building process takes time, as the site needs to be prepared, leveled, and stone and gravel base added before the concrete gets poured.
Once we have a schedule of completion of the foundation, we will set a start date for arrival of the crew. There are many factors that will effect the start date, weather being one of the biggest as well as building supplies and lumber yard schedules. However once the crew starts, we strive to get most jobs done in 8-10 working days. That means roof on, windows in, pass doors in and painted. After a few days the garage door company then installs the garage doors.
Our Amish workers, travel from Lancaster County PA. they are hard working young men, who also need to have lodging while building your barn or garage. These costs will be shown in the quote. Even with having to house and feed these Amish men, the quality and workmanship
as well as cost is very competitive.
